Our tried-and-true approach has proven successful with over 100 events to date. As our relationship as your trusted planning partner develops, we get to know you on a more personal level. Full Service Planning
Our signature service
This is the perfect service for busy professionals or those who find themselves easily, (and understandably), overwhelmed by the idea of planning a large-scale event without the guidance of a seasoned event professional.
With full-service planning, you’ll have us by your side every step of the way. We will create the framework for your event, offer transparent guidance for critical decisions, and assemble the perfect team for your wedding day. We’ll also craft a personalized design plan that incorporates unique design elements and meaningful touches. In the final phases of planning we will oversee event production and provide the logistical oversight needed to deliver a seamlessly executed, successful event that guests will take notice of.
Partial Planning

This service is perfect for couples who would like to play a larger role when it comes to planning their wedding, but still require professional guidance in order to eliminate guesswork and complex logistical challenges that come with planning a large-scale event.
After an in-depth review of your budget, we’ll work with you on the design and conceptualization of your event. We’ll also create a comprehensive timeline for your wedding day, create floor plans, and much more. From the moment you hire us, this service allows you the opportunity to consult with us on wedding-related questions you may have and tag us in to handle certain wedding-related tasks. Our experienced and knowledgable team is able to offer personalized vendor recommendations as needed so you can make critical decisions with confidence.

The next step is setting up a time to chat with us to ensure we are the perfect fit for one another. During our initial call, we will explore your your needs, priorities, and any expectations for your event. We will also review our offerings to determine which service best fits your specific needs.

Secure Your Date
Once you’ve decided we’re the perfect planning partner for you we will send over a customized proposal specifically for your event. We require a 50% retainer to secure your event as one of the eight events we commit to annually.

We approach wedding planning with a collaborative, phase-based planning process. This tried and true method ensures that all tasks are completed in a timely manner with efficiency in mind. This allows us to limit the number of meetings our clients have to attend so they can focus their attention and energy on what matters most.

Our design process is one of the best ways we get to know our clients.
After we get familiar with your tastes, personalities, and desired aesthetic, we map out every detail of how your wedding will look in a custom design plan. We’ll include each element, from color palettes and floor plans to tablescape decor and linen swatches so you’ll be able to truly visualize how your design will come to life.

Investment Details
By limiting our production schedule and the maximum number of events we accept annually, our team is able to ensure each client receives the high-touch, exemplary service LUXE Atlanta is renowned for.
The minimum investment for our planning services begins at $10,500 with pricing based on the scale and complexity of each event.
Based on the work you see in our portfolio, LUXE Atlanta clients can expect to invest a total of $850 – $1,500 per guest for their total budget.
