FULL PLANNING

our signature service

Our signature Full Planning package includes all of the services in our Coordination and Partial Planning packages plus:

– Event design & conceptualization including color palette & Design Proposal

– Budget development & expense tracking

– Three additional meetings up to your discretion (prospective venue visits, planning meetings, vendor appointments, dress fittings etc.)

– Serve as main point of contact for vendors throughout the entire planning process

– RSVP and guest list management

– Secure guest hotel room blocks

– Coordination of bride/groom and bridal party transportation

– Deliver welcome gift bags to hotel for out of town guests

– Planner plus assistant present for up to 10 hours of on-site management the day of event

PARTIAL PLANNING

the essentials plus

Our Partial Planning package includes all of the services listed in our coordination package and:

– Additional in person meeting with your Planner

– Unlimited communication via email

– Review of budget and suggestion of any necessary adjustments

– Detailed floor plans/layouts of ceremony and reception spaces

– Customized recommendations of vendors based on client style and budget

– Access to our preferred vendor list

– Review vendor contracts

– Access to our online wedding planning management tools including checklist, planning timeline, budget tool & more!

COORDINATION

the essential service

Our Coordination package begins 6-8 weeks prior to your wedding day and includes:

– One hour informational meeting with Coordinator

– Creation and distribution of detailed timeline

– Access to our online wedding planning management tools including checklist, planning timeline, budget tool & more!

– Final venue walk through

– Up to one hour of rehearsal direction

– Main point of contact for vendors beginning two weeks prior to event

– Up to 10 hours of on-site management day of event

– Supervision of event set up

– Laying out any personal decor items such as guest book, seating place cards, menu cards, table numbers, favors, etc.

– Assisting officiant in orchestrating ceremony

– Coordination of reception activities – Ensure that the event flows according to the timeline

– Ultimate 200 + Piece Wedding Day Emergency Kit – Distribution of any final vendor payments or gratuities

– Gather all gifts & personal decor items and load them into designated vehicle at end of night

How much is the investment?

Our rates begin at $3,500 and go up depending on the tier of service selected.

When should I reach out?

Dates during peak wedding season (March-November) can book out up to 24 months in advance. We highly recommend reaching out as soon as you are ready to secure your date.

Do you travel?

Absolutely! Our passports are in hand and we love having the opportunity to serve our clients anywhere in the world!

How many weddings do you take on each year?

We accept a limited number of events per year which allows us to devote personalized attention to each event.
